Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Amazing Grace Designs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products and operations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. To process a claim for a damaged shipment, you must provide the following:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product(s).
  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging (including the shipping box and any internal packing materials).
  • A short video clearly showing the damaged product(s) and packaging.

Please email all required documentation to agdesignstx@gmail.com with "Damaged Shipment - Order # (shipment number)" in the subject line. Failure to provide adequate photographic and video evidence within the specified timeframe may result in the denial of your claim.

Upon receipt of your documentation, we will review the evidence and, at our sole discretion, determine if the damage occurred during shipping.

Extenuating Circumstances & Store Credit

In rare and truly extenuating circumstances, as determined solely by Amazing Grace Designs, we may offer a store credit. An extenuating circumstance does not include:

  • Changed mind about a purchase.
  • Ordered the wrong item or size.
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.

If, after review of your specific situation, we determine that an extenuating circumstance warrants a resolution, a store credit for the value of the damaged item(s) will be issued to you. This store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase at Amazing Grace Designs. We will notify you via email if a store credit has been issued.
