Amazing Grace Designs - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amazing Grace Designs! We're dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing times, shipping methods, costs, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Burleson, Texas, within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times might be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Keep in mind that estimated delivery times are in addition to the order processing time.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Carrier(s): USPS First Class, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground (carrier chosen based on package size, weight, and destination for optimal delivery)
    • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: Flat rate of $8.00, or Free for orders over $50.00.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs processing for international orders).
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, the weight/dimensions of your order, and the destination address.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the continental United States. For orders under $50.00, standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: All 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

5. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey on the respective carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pick up from a postal facility, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges will apply. If you opt for a store credit instead, it will be issued for the product cost only, minus all shipping fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
    1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
    2. Contact your local post office or the respective carrier to inquire about the delivery.
    3. If after 2-3 business days the package is still not located, please contact us at agdesignstx@gmail.com. We will assist you by initiating a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or if the carrier has officially declared the package lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or store credit as per our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, items in a single order may be shipped in multiple packages (e.g., if items are custom-made). If your order requires multiple shipments, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and you won't incur additional shipping charges beyond what was quoted at checkout.

10. Changes to Your Order/Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, we have a limited window to make changes. If you need to modify your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately at agdesignstx@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or the order has shipped.
